Run `pathrule ui` to work with your local Pathrule knowledge in a browser. It needs no account and uses the same local workspaces as the CLI.

## Open it

From a project with a local workspace:

```bash
pathrule setup --local
pathrule ui
```

The command serves the console on `127.0.0.1`, opens a one-time launch link and stays running until you stop it. Press `Ctrl+C` in the terminal to stop serving it. A second `pathrule ui` reuses the running console.

```bash
pathrule ui --no-open       # print the launch link instead
pathrule ui --port 4317     # choose a port
pathrule ui --json          # return the launch result as JSON
```

## What you can do

- Browse local workspaces and search their knowledge.
- Create, edit and archive memories, rules and skills.
- Restore archived knowledge.
- Inspect activity that agents recorded and local runtime status.
- Review Local Signals, including occurrences, releases and verification states.

It loads no external resources. Knowledge and runtime observations stay in the local Pathrule store. Your coding agent keeps its own model provider and network connections.

## Local and Cloud

The Local Console is for knowledge on this machine. [Pathrule Web](/docs/surfaces/web) manages Cloud workspaces, organizations, members, settings and billing. Opening the Local Console does not sign you in or move local knowledge into Cloud.
